Confession of love

Tibor Juhász’s painting series at Műhely Kávéház.

It is the first exhibition from Tibor Juhász. The young artist is surprisingly introducing himself with a summarizing painting series. He wants to make the human passion, the passionate human alive. But art itself is also lead by the passion of expression. In this case, passion has double effect. That is why we can talk about summarizing painting series.

Tibor,as a revolting youth was also special, because he did not take the tour to the West, but the East, in 1993. Dnieper and Baltic region were the places where he was searching for ancient and new experiences. He realised that traditional folk art and modern graffiti cult live together in those big cities. He was earning a living by occasional painting. That was real experimenting. His journey began in Székesfehérvár and he came back to the same place in 2006. Now those experiences are summarized by the exhibition Instinct and passion. That is why it is worth of paying attention.

Tibor Juhász’s bravity and desire to express himself is not less, it is constant on a determined way.He admits that this part of career was started by meeting his wife and becoming a family. That is what brought passion to the center of his work- good, completing passion. That is also his ideal picture of beauty. He says:” Both in humans and objects, I love the instinctive beauty, deeply coming from inside. Only the planned, "made" beauty is perfect, natural beauty will always be stunning due to its mistakes. Only natural beauty can radiate, only from natural beauty is possible to draw strength from, only it has the energy. Everything else is just decorative glitter. The sight of white fur of polar bear, returning from hunting, coloured with blood can really thrill the human soul.

That is a new turn.Tibor sees the connection between an opened personality and having wide relationships. This is remarkable with no doubt. In art, that is seen as designing the interior spaces around us, where we can find his nice try to become useful. That is really not usual.

The question is: how is he working with designing. This summary is a succesful result. Emotional effects of colours are used on a very nice way. Intensity, rich world of colours, everything is a part of real human passion. Man and woman, in contact, but showed while moving helps the picture to be absolutely complete. White and red spots are also important, they are presenting pure innocence and burning, sparkling parts of passion. This clean burning passion is the contact for the pieces, making them series of paintings. That is why can we call this first exhibition: Confession of love.
